虽然他们会回应和调查犯罪，但他们不会对发生在他们社区的每一起犯罪负责。

在紧急情况下，人们仍然应该拨打101或999。

汉普郡和怀特岛总共部署了99名警察。

像其他警察一样，他们将步行或骑自行车或汽车巡逻，并可能携带泰瑟枪。

他们的任职时间至少为两年。
